Okay, I think I've worked out what you mean.....the quick reply button at the bottom is just to allow you to type text and click the button...literally just to make a quick reply. If you want to see the full range of controls click the REPLY button at the top right of the text box.

ok (to anyone who may need to learn lmao). there is a site called 'photobucket' where you can upload pictures. there, when you click on the picture you get the options of sharing it. click on the 'direct' option and it copies the link. come back to here, and click on the image option in the main reply part, and put the picture link into the reply. hey presto
